VIRIDE Brand Story
A journey of craftsmanship originating from Germany began in the 1990s — in Bavaria Street 7, 80336 Munich, Germany, Herbert Merz started with a family workshop, cherished awe for quality, rooted deeply in the field of pipes and fittings, and polished every product with exquisite craftsmanship. In 2015, this craftsmanship took a new leap: Viride Germany GmbH was officially founded, and the "VIRIDE" trademark was registered and became effective at the German Patent Office. Derived from Latin, meaning "green", it is not only the brand name, but also a symbol of the enterprise's commitment to its original aspiration of "green, healthy and low-carbon".

In 2016, VIRIDE took a crucial step in its global layout. Cooperating with Germany's Hewing GmbH and Zhejiang Caisi Pipe Technology Co., Ltd. (China), it established a subsidiary in China, aiming to bring European-standard HVAC pipes into Chinese families. From overcoming the localization challenge of slide-fit connections for aluminum-plastic composite pipes and becoming one of the first domestic enterprises to meet European standards, to promoting the local production of core products (PEX-AL-PEX pipe, Physically Cross-Linked PE-Xc Pipe and 5 layer oxygen-barrier PE-RT/EVOH/PE-RT Pipe) in China and achieving iterative upgrading and independent innovation, VIRIDE has gone through more than 20 years of trials and hardships. It has not only built a complete industrial ecosystem, but also gathered a global team of nearly 300 people, enabling the two-way empowerment of German craftsmanship and Chinese intelligent manufacturing. Today, R&D and customer service centers in Europe and Asia are delivering the vision of a comfortable and low-carbon living environment to every user.
